Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity?
We can print from as little as 50 napkins but we are also able to supply orders in the hundreds of thousands. Please request a quotation with any requests you have.
What is the best way to send artwork and what if I don't have any?
Ideally, artwork should be sent in either an Adobe Illustrator file, a vectored or outlined PDF file, or an EPS file. If you know the pantone reference(s) for the colour(s), you should specify.. If you don’t have artwork, we can help you with the redraw, layout and set up for an additional charge.
How long will delivery take?
Our standard lead time is 2 weeks but we do have express options for those last minute orders that can be delivered in under a week. If you have a specific deadline please provide that when asking for a quotation and we will do our best to help you.
Can you deliver anywhere in the UK?
YES! We offer delivery across the UK at no additional cost. However, please note that a small transport surcharge may apply for certain areas, such as the Highlands of Scotland and some offshore islands.
